The process seems quite automated, but you can feel the arrogance even from the interviewers. They think they work and hire for the best ever workplace and you need to beg them to be selected. I didn't have a feeling that they are even screening the candidates properly.

Started the process exploring a few roles with the recruiter conversation, moved into hiring manager interview and then a case study with a different team member. The recruiter changed during my process and I received the decision from a new recruiter a few weeks later. They offered to schedule a follow up but never followed through after I took them up on the offer.
