The process started with an informal coffee chat with the head of tax, after which I decided to officially apply for the job. The first interview was with a recruiter about the fit within Miro. I had another interview with the head of tax about the role itself and two knowledge interviews about tax, accounting and collaboration. The last interview was with the head of finance on the Miro mindset.
