I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Miro (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
My interview process, as I have heard was pretty normal. The process can seem rather long but considering the company is growing and doing so well, they want to make sure they are really hiring the best candidates. The process seemed longer but the questions asked had me answer out loud and show my thought process. It really made me see my day to day work from a new perspective.

Question 1
How would you go about purchasing software you are unfamiliar with?
Was scheduled to have an interview with the recruiter. Scheduled a time and confirmed it. Recruiter never shows up to the interview. Reached out seeing what was going on. They never got back to me until a month later saying they are no longer accepted applications. Lacks professionalism most definitely.

Thanks for the feedback and apologies that this happened. We have seen a huge influx in applications over the past few months and are working to do better about responding to each and every person.

Interview
This interview process was really great compared to a lot of other experiences I've had. I received an initial reachout email 1 week after I submitted my application online, and once I connected with the recruiter, things moved very quickly. After each step, she followed up with me to check in on how things went and see where I was at with other interview process timelines. My Miro interviews consisted of a phone screen, several video 1:1 calls with the team, and a final video 1:1 with an executive. The phone screen and team interviews were on par with other interviews I've had in terms of difficulty, and the final executive interview was definitely challenging.
