Miro interview questions

Regrettably, my interview experience was disappointing. While the company's website provided extensive - super kind and human - information about the interview process, the questions I was asked during my first interview didn't align with what was stated. This inconsistency made it challenging to prepare effectively. Additionally, I didn't sense a genuine interest from the recruiter; the person came across as impatient and somewhat rude. This lack of enthusiasm only served to increase my nerves, making the experience quite disheartening. It's disappointing because the blog boasted about their exceptional hiring process, but the reality fell short of expectations. Although I understand the decision not to proceed with my application – and I think the decision was fair due to my performance – I was still saddened by the disparity between my expectations (and all that I've prepared myself for) and the actual experience.

Zoom with recruiter, take home assignment, zoom with hiring manager, then team zoom. The team zoom is supposedly the culture fit interview but they ask a lot of questions about your technical experience. In the end I did not get the role. According to them it was due to my technical skills. But why pass me over to the final “culture fit” interview when I passed the technical assessment and other interviews.
