Miro interview questions

In brief, I had a ghosting experience with this company. I managed to progress to the second stage of interviews, which were generally okay, although the recruiter seemed a bit short-tempered when I asked for more information. However, the more detailed second interview concluded with the promise of getting back to me within the next 10 days or so, only for them to vanish without a trace. Even a courteous and brief email I sent to the recruiter, seeking confirmation on the status of the process, went unanswered. Speaking with another designer who went through the same ordeal, it appears that this is a recurring issue with this company. To the recruiter, I've noticed your active presence on various social platforms. I believe that redirecting some of the energy you devote to sharing "insights" about the recruiting process toward improving the recruitment process itself and treating potential candidates with fairness would be a valuable step forward.

Thorough and time consuming. After the initial chat with the recruiter a Hackerrank live coding interview followed, which was challenging but totally doable and way better than a coding challenge homework assignment. Then the finals consist of a system design interview, management level interview and a peer interview.
