I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Miro (London, England) in Oct 2022
Interview
Very well structured. I knew exactly what the process would be, who I was meeting and what area of knowledge/expertise they would specifically explore. This meant each interview had a unique purpose and didn't become overly repetitive. It gave me a chance to explore a wide range of career history and present different examples of skills.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Miro (Amsterdam) in Oct 2022
Interview
FAANG process: live coding on HackerRank (LC medium problem), system design on Miro board, 2 STAR (team fit and hiring manager). Process was very smooth. Recruitment team does a great job to support a candidate to succeed. Interviewers were very engaged, friendly and nice to talk to. Apart from the technical skills, there is a strong focus on cultural fit and values. Team fit and job offer stage took a bit longer due to internal processes and holiday season. I was always kept in the loop by the recruiter though.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Miro (Berlin) in Jul 2022
Interview
The interview process started with an initial system design exercise. Following that there was a coding challenge, and lastly a few behavioral interviews with the hiring manager, head of engineering of the stream, and lastly the head of engineering of the company. The entire process lasted about a month. I found the process to be extremely well organized an executed. At each step the recruiting team prepared me for who I was going to meet, how they related to the role for which I was interviewing, and the kinds of things they would be looking for during the interview. There was also plenty of preparation material to review at each step.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
System design - design/architect a system proposed by the interviewer.
Coding challenge - write some code to solve some specific real-world requirements. Note that this was not a leetcode-style "solve this tricky algorithm" question. There is no single "correct" solution and you will need to make decisions and be expected to justify them.
Behavioral - standard questions to assess leadership experience, ability to work with a team, ability to deal with failure, priorities, other challenges, ability to learn, grow, and drive change, etc...
