Miro interview questions

Extensive yet fast interview process. Clearly have their boxes to tick around what makes a good hire, but it's all clearly laid out to you. Support from the recruiter internally is excellent throughout and makes you feel like they truly want you.

30 minute phone screener with recruiter, 30 minute call with hiring manager, 30 minute mock discovery call, 1 hour panel with manager and current SDR, then a final 30 minute executive interview with a VP. It's an extensive process but I appreciate that I got to talk with people in different positions. Overall it was a positive experience interviewing with Miro, but I passed on the offer as it was low for the market-rate and Miro plans on switching to a hybrid work model which just isn't necessary.
