Miro interview questions

Miro takes the PM position very seriously, since they are a true product-led company. So expect a thorough interview process, with a high-bar and quite a few stages(below). What stood out is that everyone I met was really friendly and genuinely interested in getting to know me and my work. Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering - all interviewers will check out your assignment and ask very relevant questions. I was surprised that even the Founder/CEO had gone through my assignment and was really curious why I made some particular decisions in it. Summary: you need to put in the work, but trust that so will the people on the other side. Even before getting the offer, I felt the whole thing was equitable and fair.
