Miro interview questions

Everything stated quite nicely. Company was recommended by my friend who worked with them. After a short first talk with the recruiter they sent a test assignment. It was quite interesting, but not very complex. Took me 3-4 evenings to complete. Then I had an interview with 2 developers. We supposed to talk about assignment, but they said there is little to discuss. It was done well. So we talked about my past project and general software development principles. It went pretty good and friendly. After that I had an interview with some manager or team lead. I thought it also went positive. We talked about how I solve problems, how I propose solutions etc. After this interview I've got email with the rejection: "you have strong skills but it is not the best match". I asked for the more details and got complete silence. This shows how they treat candidates. After 3 interviews and doing test they sent a short rejection without explanation. And as I see from other reviews this is how they usually do it.

The interview process was quick, efficient and informative. The leadership team will test for technical skills, aptitude for working with a global and distributed team, and if the candidate possesses a growth-mindset.
