I went through a four-part interview process. The 1st was with the recruiter who was my main point of contact throughout the process. The dude was a homie and I thought it made the process role so much smoother. The second was with the hiring manager, she asked some questions that gave insight into previous work challenges I had faced and how I overcame them. The third was a mock call, and personally, I felt like it was a bit unnatural. At least, for me, they went off a script and my secret sauce is getting to know the person first. So it sorta took away that strength from me. So that part made me nervous. The last was with the head of global sales development, and I felt that he asked very inquisitive questions. Overall, the process was robust and could seem daunting but from Miro's side of things, I can see why they have applicants go through this process. It was fun and challenging, and shoot, I'd do it again.
