got a prescreen e-mail, first e-mail to arrange a call and the final phone interview. Only fit questions probably because of the simple plain data entry character of the position

Had one screening phone interview and three video interviews. One with senior team member, one with supervising manager, and one with director. Concerned mainly experience with data cleaning and data management.
It was a relatively simple process with questions from two VP's in the division, pretty straight forward for a finance interview with a focus on behavioural questions and finance questions in the debt space.
Gave two rounds of interview , after that no response from Hr. Very poor management wasted 1 month in their interview process. Atleast they should give some closure; no response , kept waiting for hr after 1 month. Have some courtesy. I dont want to name that wicked Hr.
