had 2 phone interviews back to back, each 30 min.
One with thick accent, very hard to understand, she would move on to the next question even when I did not understand her. She had a preconception that I don't know the answer so she wouldn't spend time to clarify the question.

People who were interviewing me were super nice and friendly. They really put extra effort to know about me more than what was on my resume. They thoroughly explained the job description and what they were expecting.
