I had a phone interview with them for around an hour with two interviewers on the line. They were friendly during the whole process. They asked some basic questions (past experiences, etc) and some harder questions.

Interview
onsite interview lasted for about 1 hour and 15 mins. After letting me introduce myself, they asked me on life insurance products and some programming problems, based on my background and experience.
