Interview
Intake by human recource team followed by multiple Face to face interviews with future Team members. The interviews were very pleasant and people allowed time for Questions. However interviews took multiple dans which was difficult to origanise.

Insgesamt 8 Gespräche, wurde dann nach einer absage für eine andere Abteilung empfohlen und bis heute keine Absage für die zweite stelle … es waren in jedem Gespräch die gleichen Fragen.
