Interview questions [1]
Question 1
experience where you collaborated with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout a project
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Moody's (Singapur) in Oct 2022
Interview
I had a 3 stage interview with initial phone call screening and two additional video calls. Very straight forward process with good interview questions and time to answer efficiently but effectively.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Moody's (London, England) in Oct 2018
Interview
After the initial phone screen with HR, had the interview with the hiring manager later that week. They introduced themselves and their background, and explained the role and organisation. The interview consisted of motivation, competency-based and technical questions. Some questions were directly related to particular experiences on my CV. I would note that the technical questions were unrelated to the job description or my CV, so having a broad understanding of the financial services sector would help - it didn't seem like not knowing the answer would have resulted in a positive outcome. I did have to chase to learn about the outcome.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Why Moody's Analytics/role? Tell me about a time (TMAT) when you enhanced a process. TMAT when someone disagreed with you. TMAT when you were required to think on your feet. What do you know about Moody's Analytics's recent acquisitions? What do you know about the regulations in the sector? In what type of environment do you work best?
