Interview
The interview was quite standard, no complex question. Just few financial terminologies, formulae, Financial Market questions and your experience questions. Then there was a presentation round followed by some excel questions.
The VP asked some technical question related to BETA of a stock and its relevance. Ex- If beta of a stock is 1, what does this mean and how will the stock follow if the market moves up and down.
Secondly, he asked about some trading & Transaction comps. questions like what is the difference between Minority Interest and Subsidiary & Associates. Where would you show Minority interest in Balance sheet. What is the amortization and how is it different from Depreciation.

Online interview, multiple rounds, had two back to back, mostly behavorial some technical, each around 30 min long. one behavioral with director, one behavioral + technical with VP, one behavioral + technical with MD
