I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Moody's (New York, NY) in Oct 2013
Interview
After submitting my application on their web site I received a call from an internal head hunter who reviewed my resume with me. They then contacted the hiring manager. The hiring manager scheduled a phone interview with me through the internal head hunter. I met one on one with the hiring manager, then I met with several of the direct reports. I was called back again to meet with members from other teams that I would be working with. Then I was invited back to talk to the group executive.
The interviewers were direct and congenial.

Interview
I was recently interviewed for a senior position and found the recruitment process underwhelming. The entire experience felt impersonal and poorly aligned with the level of the role. The HR representative appeared very junior, and there was no meaningful feedback provided at any stage. Combined with the heavy reliance on AI-driven interactions, the process came across as cheap and lacking the professionalism one would expect for a senior hire.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Moody's
Interview
It was long and tedious. I had a total of 13 interviews with people ranging in title from Analyst to MD. Interviews were mostly geared toward understanding my past experience and skill set. They also asked question on what actions I would take on the role to achieve the objectives. Overall, everyone was friendly, but I found having that many interviews to be unnecessary and somewhat inefficient process.
