Interview

2 technical and one HR round as I joined as a fresher. At senior level more rounds are expected. Interviewer was polite and friendly. Clearing my doubts and giving more insight in between on interview call.

Interview

I got a call from a consultant, there are many people first round was aptitude test, almost 5 of candidate made to next technical round. Everyone went to technical round and 3 are shortlisted and 1 of them had one more technical round. Two people finally went to HR round and we both were offered jobs as Quant analyst - IB Division.

Question 1

Aptitude test: If you prepare for CAT then this would not be difficult. Quant, Verbal,Analytical and Financial questions. Technical: Derive Free Cash flow for a project. Enterprise value, NOSH and treasury shares difference. EPS and diluted EPS difference. Few questions on options NPV, IRR and some basic financial stuff. Logical Question: Why are man holes round in shape. HR: Why i am leaving current job as i have only 6 months of experience. Negotiation round.
