I applied through an employee referral. Whole process took approximately 2 months. The interviews and presentation portion of the process took approximately 3 - 4 weeks. After the interviews and presentation were over, HR informed me that I had secured the job. HR said they were now going through a formal process of approval. Throughout this time period, I turned down 2 good offers that I received from other companies because I was reassured by Mulesoft that I had the job. After being reassured consistently that I had the job, I was finally told one day that they were not moving forward with me. I feel that I have been lied to and deceived. I also feel Mulesoft has been very inconsiderate of my time, quite literally wasting it. As a side note, even if I had received an offer I would still consider this process as an overall negative experience. This is primarily due to the time frame and lack of communication from the company.
