Difficult interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at MuleSoft (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2018
Interview
Interview had 4 rounds.
1. 30 mins HR Round
2. Interview with Regional Director/VP.
3. Interview with Senior Manager.
4. Case Interview.
Interview was pretty standard. If you are actually doing what they are seeking it is much easier. Very qualified people come to interview candidates, so don't approach it casually.
The HR are recruiting team is a thorough joy to work with. I had worked with a person whose initials were (DH). It was a pleasure working with him. He helped every step of the way and was available to talk before every round. From day one they ensured it was a good experience for candidate. Though I didn't get chosen, I have no hesitance in telling this was my best interview experience in my whole career.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at MuleSoft in Feb 2022
Interview
1 hour interview with peer and manager and 1.5 hour case presentation with a panel. Interview process is thorough and you need solid effort to prepare. There are lot of resources on the internet/ youtube - learn as much as you can and soak up the information for a good interview especially to perform like a pro in the case round. They also provide immediate feedback right after presentation which I greatly apprecaited because some companies make you work hard for the interview and then never really bother to give you feedback, that may seem like a time waste. Any positive or negative feedback is always appreciated by candidates and help them grow.
