I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MuleSoft (London, England) in May 2014
Interview
Went through five interviews with inspired and driven people, all to a good outcome. Next interview (nine in total) already scheduled for the next day. Then got told all of a sudden that my previous job's KPIs are not close enough to their current criteria and my application ends here (agency feedback). Feel dumbfounded. If there are problems during the application process, mid management should have enough courage to address that and give a chance to discuss instead of telling the recruiter to end the process without any previous indications.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MuleSoft (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2022

First a Phone Screening with a recruiter, then a mock call with hiring manager and then a final interview. The process usually takes 2 weeks so pretty quick compared to other companies.

I applied online. I interviewed at MuleSoft (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview process was challenging but exhilarating. There were ample opportunities to share what individual research I had done but also learn from my recruiter and interviewers. I found my recruiter helpful every step of the way.
