I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at MuleSoft (San Francisco, CA) in May 2015
Interview
First round: Recruiter screen, Second round: 3 in person, Third round: CEO + casual lunch
Overall a very positive experience - Everyone was professional, responsive, and seemed to genuinely be concerned in my ability to be a good fit for the company, in terms of leading success within and outside of work, as well.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MuleSoft (San Francisco, CA) in May 2017
Interview
Recruiter reached out. Passed two screens, interviewed on-site. Following the on-site, recruiter emailed to say interview impression was positive. Then she checked-in 1-2 times a week to see if already had other offers but gave no real updates. After one month, she called to say they moved on with another candidate.
By that time, I had already moved on myself.
Overall, the recruitment strategy is pretty unprofessional. Don't count integrity among the organizational values. I like the technology but glad am not part of this type of a culture.
