I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MuleSoft (Singapur) in May 2019
Interview
The interview was quite casual, yet very insightful. The interviewer gets to explain much about the company, and I also get the chance to ask them several questions. A normal first-stage interview on a typical MNC.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MuleSoft (San Francisco, CA) in May 2019
Interview
I thought it was a positive experience overall, although I feel they were only looking for people with sales experience so they were always doubting my motivation for the position. I prepared A LOT (read all glassdoor reviews, multiple calls with the internal referral, read through all webpages/case studies, and all materials they sent me) so I didn't think the process was that difficult in terms of company knowledge. I guess my weak point was in expressing my passion for sales.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MuleSoft in Apr 2019
Interview
Multiple rounds of back and forth with recruiter with regards to position. They interviewed first time for one position and discovered during interview that I am not eligible for that position !!
Next interview for a different position was scheduled after couple of weeks. This time a junior engineer was assigned for phone screen. He asked two basic technical question. One was silly , the other from leetcode. He couldn't articulate first question. Not sure, but seems he was looking for a specific answer verbatim.
