Question 1
Describe a time you tried to implement a process and it didn’t work
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I'm glad you enjoyed the process. We're really excited about the future of the People Ops team and we sincerely appreciate the time you took to interview as well as leave a review.
Interviewed by a recruiter. Felt that she didn't really care about what I said, just walked through all questions at a fast speed, and gave no response when I asked whether she was still with me.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at MuleSoft
Interview
Process: phone interview with HR, phone interview with sales executive, video interview with team member, on site superday and presentation.
Had to reschedule multiple times after they missed the interview because interviewer did not show up or there was miscommunication in time/date on their end. Sales enablement team video interviewee was very sweet but did ask unprofessional questions (how old are you). Never heard back from them (not even a rejection) after that interview but to be fair, I didn’t follow up and had no intention to after that video interview.
Positives: HR was very responsive and helpful with me despite scheduling difficulty and lack of communication between HR and interviewers. First two phone interviews with HR/sales exec were very professional and both people were great at answering my questions fully.
