Not once do they test your experience or knowledge. They tell you to research the company and sector but ultimately you can pass without that knowledge. Received absolutely no feedback and a generic email on a Saturday as well despite the fact they pride themselves for “caring”. I agree with the other comments that they clearly are focused on the CVs.

Really basic behavioral interview where they don’t even have your resume and rarely dive into your background. Then, after the "interview," where you barely have the chance to show any of your skills and abilities, you get ghosted without any response or feedback, even after a follow-up email. I get the feeling they use a really soft filter before this initial behavioral interview and then apply a tougher CV filter afterward, because I can’t imagine anyone being rejected purely based on that interview. A complete waste of time and a show of disrespect for not even responding to emails.
