Munich Re interview questions

The beginning of the interview took me by surprise with my interviewers already having in-depth questions about my past work experience. After answering those the best I could, the interview moved to more of a behavioral-type question interview (describe a situation where you worked in a group etc.) which I felt went pretty well, but I had already dug myself into a hole with the initial stage.
