Interview
The screening was done in 2 stages.
1. Technical discussion with Architects
2. A round with mix of Hiring managers & Tech leaders
I really enjoyed the conversions with both the group of people, they seemed amazing people to work with.
The only part which I think could be better for candidates is the way the communicate the outcomes of Interviews. The candidate deserves to be clearly communicated with outcomes after it reaches the maximum time limit and it is not easy for them to keep guessing while they invested so much time and aspirations into it.
