Munich Re Summer Leadership Development Program interview questions

Got an email the a few hours after applying for the role. Scheduled the initial behavioral interview for the following week with the lead recruiter for the role. They started off by providing about 15 mins of overview of the company and the position and asked if I had any logistic questions. The remaining 25 mins was reserved for behavioral questions (think STAR story). I did not get invited for a second round interview. I followed up with the recruiter for feedback; they shared that my answers lacked a bit of depth with regards to why I chose the actions I did in my STAR stories. I would encourage interviewees to explain the 'why' behind their actions in their STAR stories.
