The first interview was over the phone. The guy called from another regional office to conduct the interview for the office I applied to. He was very nice, but left out info which the second interview disclosed. A day after the phone interview, I received an email to schedule a video interview with two managers.
The video link they sent was corrupt! I could not download the app and the web link to view online kept freezing the video. This caused interruptions during the video interview and I had to hang up, and call in. They could not hear or see me! One of the managers was very rude and sarcastic!
They did not read my resume before the interview and down played my education, even though I qualified for the position. I was laughed at because the video I mentioned earlier kept freezing. I was asked if I knew what the position was about twice! I was told, "well, I mean people come and go here." Very unprofessional!
Each interview was only scheduled for 30 mins, sp o barely had time to ask any questions. I was not advised what the next steps were after the video interview. Also, the freezing issue mentioned earlier was on their end.
