The actual interview consisted of a call where i spoke with the territory manager, jeremy about the role. Being that i came from a very similar role, the interview was more of a checklist to see if i had the prior experience necessary to greenlight to the hiring process, which i was then given an offer.

They are looking for team players who will put the customer first. The interview is to ask if the candidate will be ok with a flexible schedule and is willing to learn.
