NHS Call Handler interview questions

It was just okay. The interview was an all day process. It was full on assessment day, with speakers and videos to watch. There was role play, a competency test, and the standard English test.

You apply, get your interview with your date and time. Turn up, wait for the receptionist to call who you will see through. Go into an interview room with either 1 or 2 person(s). Then it is an informal discussion of why you want to work there and explaining about yourself.
