I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NHS (Guildford, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
Around 1h long, 30 mins questions and a numeracy and literacy test for 30 mins. The questions are mostly situation based such as 'what would you do if someone denied taking their medication' and 'what if they carried on denying taking the medication'. Also, the numeracy and literacy test is easy so do not worry about that.
