Very long but very important as a HCA you are the eyes and ears of the hospital so need to be assessed throughly to ensure you are the best candidate for the job.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NHS (London, England) in Feb 2022
Interview
A panel, kind people, was about twenty to thirty minutes long with six or seven questions. Heard back from them the same week, onboarding was a bit slow but overall an okay experience.
Face to face interview, situations based questions, probably five or six questions in total. Same repetitive questions on the basis of care or support. I followed some you tube videos to cover the interview
