It was pretty ridged although they were friendly. Started of saying they would score me on my answers which threw me off a bit. Not much opportunity to speak personally and show my own experiences or views. They did provide very positive feedback but went with someone who already worked in the NHS.

Question 1
How would you prioritise an anxious patient on the phone, a staff member calling in sick and a new starter?
Good experience I felt they weee friendly and very short but I felt they just were doing a tick box instead of selling myself , I met the team went around the ward and that sort of thing so I’m very pleased
Applied on the NHS jobs website, where I filled out personal information and wrote why I was a suitable fit for the role and how I match the criteria for the role. Consisted of a series of questions relevant to the duties of the role being applied for.
