Two members of staff interviewing me, including matron and nurse in charge of the department. They asked me about 3 questions. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. Then they show me the department. Later on they call me to offer me the job.

Recruited through open day, slow to get all pre employment checks and recruitment team quite slow. Had to constantly chase recruitment team, different recruiter follows up each time can be draining

Describe your previous experience and discuss how you handled a conflict at work and what was the outcome
It went well, interviewer made me feel at ease. Kind and compassionate questions. Answered my queries and expectations about the job in an appropriate manner. Recognised when I was nervous and knew when to give me some seconds extra to think. Thanks!
