Much less intimidating than I thought, very humane and they made me feel at ease. I felt well supported throughout and never felt like they were trying to catch me out. The conversation flowed easily and they gave me plenty of time so I didn’t feel rushed.

Interview
It was easy cause the employer was kind and not judgemental.
Cause I was interested in the job I achieved the interview.
But once you work you have to lone work with highly functioning learning disabilities which I wasn't aware of .

three parts practical interview- showing how to work in clinical setting and a follow up feedback from manager
asked quite difficult questions so be cautious and communicate well
