the interview was selected from applicants who had filled in a form and I was not selected because of words I used on the from not tying in with job description

The interview process was really good. At the time of interview I was given a double-sided a4 sheet of information that I had 10 minutes to learn. I then had to train my interview panel on the subject. It was an excellent opportunity to show how I interact with people in a training situation and not only an interview situation.
