The interview round consists of mainly 4 phases the first one is the exam (which consists of aptitude,english and few questions to check your technical knowledge of java ,data structure,dbms),the second part is the group discussion(where you will be given a topic and on that you need to speak whether in favour or in against.....one thing you must keep in your mind is that you speaking needs to be very clear and you should make an impact doesn't matter you speak two or three lines the one who are judging you needs to get impressed from that),the third part of the exam is the technical interview(depends on who is taking your interview the person who took my interview was pretty lenient on me),the fourth and the last round was the HR interview it is basically to check whether the person has the ability to interact properly or not....one should mainly focus on first 2 rounds...
