I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Schaumburg, IL) in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied for the position online. I received an e-mail the next day or so that had a series of questions in it. I responded to the e-mail, and the following day I received a reply. I replied to that one, and it was another day before I received a response. They only seem to respond to e-mails or each person once per day. This went on once per day for a few days. Finally, we set up an agreed upon phone interview. After no call was received for the scheduled phone interview. I called and left a voice message. An hour later I received a very unprofessional e-mail saying they changed up what they are looking for so there won't be an interview. If a company shows this much disrespect to interviewers, I can only imagine how terrible they must be to work for. A lot of the other interview reviews shows this company is very disrespectful to prospective employees, and that is a major red flag.

Do you consider yourself more of a hunter or farmer?
Have you sold to small, medium, or large businesses?
What is your target compensation range? OTE?
I am sorry you had a less than ideal interview experience. We decided to restructure a few sales roles, so it was necessary to put off any interviews until we have openings again. I am in fact the person you engaged with and I want to express my apologies if I came off in any way less than professional. I hope you will consider us down the road as we continue to grow and develop new roles for talented individuals. -Kaytee
