In this selection process, I had a total of three interviews: one with the Human Resources department and two more focused on technical aspects. The interview with the HR team aimed to learn more about my work experience, skills, and motivation for the position. The two technical interviews were more detailed and focused on assessing my specific knowledge and capabilities related to the job.
Although, overall, I consider the process to be straightforward, there were times when it took longer than necessary. This could be due to various reasons, such as scheduling coordination or the need for more thorough evaluations. Despite the duration, communication during the process was clear, and the interviewers were professional and responsive to my questions.
In summary, despite some moments when the process extended, I had a positive experience in the interviews.
