It is very simple..1 st round is writen test based on amcat,prepare well so that u qualify easily.Next 2 nd round gd,prepare general topics...they filter half of the members qualifd in written.Next 3 rd round is TR ...be confident whether u know r dont knw the answer.Finally HR based on ur communicatn skills..Finally they declare the placed students with their offer letter..
