I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NTT DATA (London, England)
Interview
The interview lasted about 1 hour. The Legal Manager, the COO and the HR were present. It was quite typical and in line (nothing out of ordinary).
I am conflicted about the reason mentioned in the rejection mail, as it pointed out that I did not have the necessary experience in that particular line of work even though they considered me a nice person and a "lovely presence". So, if they were more interested in the same area experience and not the person, why bother interviewing me at all? My CV was straight forward
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at NTT DATA
Interview
Horrible process. The recruiter first shortlisted me for a Commercial role and scheduled my interview. During interview i get to know they are either looking for Operations or Procurement counsel. I chose Procurement and gave another 2 sets of round back in March. It is May and they have ghosted me . Please train your team to give a feedback. We all are investing time and it is only professional to share your feedback. I will not be surprised if after posting this I may recieve a rejection email. Pathetic process. Kindly learn from your competitors.
a conversation between the candidate and a recruiter or hiring manager. It may involve questions about the candidate's background, experience, and why they are interested in the role.Typically 15 to 30 minutes.
