I was contacted by NTT Data for the position of Payroll Director and completed an interview with them in May 2025. Since then, I have received no feedback or communication regarding the outcome of the process. This silence is both unprofessional and disrespectful.
After dedicating time to prepare and participate in the interview, it is reasonable to expect at least some form of response, whether positive or negative. The complete lack of follow-up shows a disregard for candidates’ time and effort, and it damages the company’s reputation as an employer. Prompt and transparent communication is a basic courtesy in recruitment, and failing to provide it reflects poorly on NTT Data’s hiring practices.
I hope the company improves its candidate experience by ensuring timely feedback in the future.
