Interview
No technical questions. As long as you have a Computer Engineering Degree or similar they are automatically interested. It starts with a group session (they present the company and conditions of the contract), followed by another interview that consists of an informal conversation where they ask about your background and likes.
Fui contactado ainda na faculdade. Entrevista em 2 passos, com uma pessoa de RH e uma com um manager a falar da minha experiencia na faculdade, projetos que tinha feito e dificuldades que tive que ultrapassar.

Foram muito simpáticos, feedback rápido, sempre preocupados em nos contactarem e deixar todas as nossas dúvidas esclarecidas.
Empresa super transparente sobre benefícios e salários. A primeira sessão foi geral onde apresentaram a empresa e os seus benefícios e depois é uma entrevista mais pessoal.
No meu caso foi só uma entrevista e fui chamada para trabalhar lá.

Relaxed interview describing my experience and getting to know the company. The level for which I was applying was entering level and the questions were made accordingly. Felt very comfortable.
