they don't have any good process in place. ask simple questions. prepare from google. there is no need of any specail kind of preparations. they managers are dumboo there. reached to mngr level only by butterings.

Only got to the initial phone interview point. It was pleasant and quick, which I guess is not a good sign. Very ordinary questions were asked. If you have the requirements needed, you should be fine.
