Fresher Campus Recruitment drive
The team of HRs was good. The whole process of their three rounds was done in a day after AMCAT scores and all.The questions were good Mostly Regarding Java and DBMS in tech HR
The GD was general. The HR interview was a discussion on the project done strengths and weaknesses and justifications
The offer letter was issued in the evening
But Call letter isn't issued yet HR doesn't respond well to calls Mails or messages
Hopefully the call letters in future will be given as early as possible
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Basavanagudi) in Mar 2014
Interview
One among the worst interviews I have gone through. Just goes on with a skeptical way of questions which are not intended to be asked to a person who has specific amount of experience

None. All the questions asked were totally in book and completely expected
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Albany, NY) in Feb 2010
Interview
Initial phone screening with the recruiter was just about skill set. There's a pre interview screening (which was basic) before they forward you to client interview. Client interview would depend from client to client.
