NTT DATA User Research Lead interview questions

NTT contacted me stating HR would like to conduct the first stage interview via email. I booked a time according to the instructions given by the internal recruiter but on the day of the interview the recruiter was a no show, waited 30 minutes in the lobby on MS Teams. Rescheduled for the next day (using booking link) and I emailed to follow up, recruiter cancelled and did not communicate why. The lack of any comms for the no show is very unprofessional.
