I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NVIDIA in May 2012
Interview
I applied through the University's Internship process and received a reply from their recruiter. There were three telphonic rounds. The first round was mainly HR and he only asked about the projects that I did. The next two rounds were technical. Finally I received an offer which I later declined as I got a better offer.

Question 1
A function to calculate compound interest. I did not remember the formula. But the questioner helped.
There were some hardware related question involving program counter, stack pointer, how they operate during program execution, etc. Also asked me to code in assembly as I said I know it.
Recruiter reached out to schedule. 2 interviews. Hiring manager, senior engineer. One after the other. Resume and technical questions. The role description said MS & PhD but I’m an undergrad
Hackerank, with 2 problems, not too hard not too easy but some niche knowledge was required, and then there was a multiple choice part which was much much harder, focused around OS
I had three rounds back-to-back with different team members, and they were pretty nice. I worked on paper and showed the interviewer what I drew. Interviews were for the summer internship only.
