Interview
Recruiter reached out to me. Followed by three technicals with some light behavioral questions. Focused heavily on conceptual knowledge, but the role was focused on algorithm design so it was to be expected.
They were extremely unflexible, and the recruiter scheduled way too many phone calls that could have been emails.
The round proceeds with second. each 45 minutes and I'm satisfied with the interview process. The question are usually technical, not for me. Solving small problems with optimal solutions. Recruiter guided well and process takes about 4 weeks
It is two consecutive 45 minutes interview with research scientist in different team. I needed to prepare different research ideas or proposals for each interviewer. There was no coding interview.

Ghosted for weeks after weekend long take home assignment + interview. Finally received a computer generated rejection email with no personal feedback. This is totally disrespectful towards a candidate's efforts, and absolutely not constructive.
