Interview
Total 6 rounds, starting with the hiring manager. 3 rounds by folks working in Bangalore and 3 by folks from USA. Half of them asked to describe my industry experience so far, it became a little painful to say the same things 3 times. The hiring manager asked a couple of simple basic questions to ascertain I have not forgotten my basics. As the position was of manager, I was asked some typical people management related questions. All the 6 folks in the interview panel were very friendly and nice people to talk to and made me very comfortable during the whole interview process. What went against me in the final decision, in my opinion, was my lack of people management experience.
